Program note
Shy branches grow slowly, crumbling the arctic, deep, bland, wide sky. Greyish murmurs caress the impenetrable skin. The warm underwater light allows to hear the footsteps of the shadows.
The work was conceived during the residency program of the .abeceda Institute in Slovenia. It explores a dense and dynamic atmospheric fog—a scene of confrontation between agonies and expansive forces. Through this conflict, the material undergoes a metamorphosis, transforming the sonic space into a transcendental and ecstatic horizon. This shift suggests a turn toward a completely contrasting, yet possible, landscape where the funereal and the crystalline coexist.
