Program note
“A being walks along the silver shore of a turquoise planet, where calm and violet waters breathe. The air is dense and almost liquid, and the dark blue sky is illuminated by green auroras. The shadow of a great condor flying over the area obscures the surface. The subsoil vibrates: the condor wants to express something through its shadow.
The being looks toward the horizon where, in the distance, there is an enormous and mysterious wall. The being throws the ashes into the sea—like stardust—of its non-existent body. The wall begins to crumble and crack, letting through thin, sharp rays of light that seem to belong to a dawn beginning to be born timidly. The being, undeterred, moves away from the shore… The wall collapses.”
