Program note
A thick fog serves as the source from which an intense energy—a torment—emerges. The darkness of the fog dwells within this torment, while the movement of the fog reflects the psychological state of the conflict. Through its intrinsic potential, the torment undergoes a transmutation into a new element: Delirium.
From this delirium, wandering and irresolute tentacles emerge as external projections, while a new potential accumulates within: the euphoric scream. Upon reaching maximum tension, the delirium transfigures into this scream, expelling itself and freeing the entity from the darkness of the initial fog. This birth is akin to an “abortion,” where both the scream and the original fog perish upon expulsion. The work concludes in a gesture of unpredictable suspension.

The piece is structured in four sections, each reflecting on the component elements of the narrative:

I. alba

II. delirium
III. tormento
VI. sospeso / euforia
