Program note
The work is structured in five parts, each exploring a distinct character reflected through specific timbral and textural qualities. While a continuous narrative spans the entirety of the piece, this progression is frequently disrupted by temporal shifts, connecting sections through a non-linear logic of flashbacks and flashforwards.
The identity of each movement is conceived through a poetic and musical lens rather than a technical one, prioritizing the evocative power of the sound material over descriptive formalisms.
